Unresponsive Management
December 12, 2025I have rented commercial space on the first floor of this building since 1998. When ownership and management were local, everything was fine, even though there were leaks in the ceiling every 2-3 years from the apartments upstairs. Ownership has changed, more than once, in the last five years to companies in Beverly Hills, CA 90210 and management couldn't care less. They provide poor cleanup services for a leak we had about three years ago and wouldn't compensate for lost books and pictures, they ...have left us without lighting for half the office since May, a large hole in the ceiling from another leak since September and no heat since October. There are many amenities within the area. The leasing staff was very helpful and pleasant to work with which is a rarity and inevitably the reason I chose Colton.
