From the moment we toured, to the day we applied, the Cortland team was very helpful and always there to answer any questions we had during the process! Our move was easy and our apartment was in great condition! Each building has a beautiful atrium in the middle of all the units, creating a calm, nature-filled environment to walk out to every time you leave your apartment. When they drastically increase your rent and give you the "its the market right now" excuse, know that they're telling you that they're the ones who are contributing to the insane increases. If you are looking for a place to stay for 1 year or less, this is a great option for you.
