If your looking for an excellent place to reside, close schools and shopping area and an overall great experience with the management staff come and take a look and experience customer service at its best in a ultra quiet setting. Cortland is one of the largest apartment owning corporations in the country. When they drastically increase your rent and give you the "its the market right now" excuse, know that they're telling you that they're the ones who are contributing to the insane increases. If you are looking for a place to stay for 1 year or less, this is a great option for you. If you want somewhere long term, look elsewhere because your rent will be going up at least $100 next year.
