I advise anyone looking to stop in and take a look. If your looking for an excellent place to reside, close schools and shopping area and an overall great experience with the management staff come and take a look and experience customer service at its best in a ultra quiet setting. Price wise you can't go wrong either.

I love living at Cortland Cotswold! From the moment we toured, to the day we applied, the Cortland team was very helpful and always there to answer any questions we had during the process! Our move was easy and our apartment was in great condition! Love the area. Feels safe and clean. A very dog friendly community. no bugs and we get lots of sunlight. But I heard that rent rises every year so hopefully that isn’t the case.

Cortland is one of the largest apartment owning corporations in the country. When they drastically increase your rent and give you the "its the market right now" excuse, know that they're telling you that they're the ones who are contributing to the insane increases. If you are looking for a place to stay for 1 year or less, this is a great option for you. If you want somewhere long term, look elsewhere because your rent will be going up at least $100 next year.
