SERIOUSLY THE BEST!!!!!
February 3, 2021I cannot say enough good things about Courtyard Apartments. I've rented numerous apartments over the years between LA & Kansas City, and I've never had such a great overall experience. The units are incredibly charming and it honestly feels like you're living in a house. All updated appliances and washer/dryers in unit!! Incredibly spacious and very well taken care of units and buildings. And of all the managers I've encountered over the years, Cathleen is one of the nicest and on top of things! ...Incredible value for a great apartment!Property Manager Responded

Great Place!
January 5, 2021While searching for an apartment during the early months of COVID-19 could have been difficult, Cathleen helped make it as easy as possible. The complex was not allowing in-person tours at the time so we were a little worried about the accuracy of the pictures. We found that the pictures were very accurate and the apartment has been a great fit for us! The complex is quiet and the grounds are kept up with frequent mowing and quick snow removal. Maintenance has been quick for the few issues we ...have had. Courtyard’s affordability, location, and quality are tough to beat! Just what we were looking for!
August 15, 2020This place feels tucked away while still being close to major roads and the highway. We both have an easy commute, but love the private feeling community. We enjoy our neighbors and the shared courtyard space. It is a dog-friendly property which was high on our list. The layout is spacious and the appliances are new. We love having a patio that walks out to the courtyard as it makes it convenient to take our dog out for potty breaks. Cathleen has been very helpful in getting us settled and fixing ...maintenance needs promptly. We highly recommend Courtyard Apartments as we feel right at home here.Property Manager Responded

Hidden treasure: Simply the best!!!
October 7, 2019I have lived here for almost a month now, and I can say this is the best! I love this place! The unit is very spacious and modern with stainless steel and hardwood floors. It’s just as shown in the pictures. The management is absolutely superb. Cathleen goes out of her to ensure the tenants are comfortable and and satisfied with the units. I had to move in within a short time and she was able to accommodate me and within the first weeks, both bathrooms were resurfaced and my kitchen sink faucet ...was updated to a modern one after I asked. Maintenance crew is super nice and responsive to work orders. I seriously cannot ask for anything more! The place is affordable, beautiful, well-maintained, and close to every major highway and landmark in the KC area. I feel at home here at Courtyard.Property Manager Responded

Great Apartments, Incredible Management
June 28, 2019I have lived here for 4 days so far and am already in love with this community. Apartments are clean, spacious and affordable and Cathleen is a phenomenal property manager. When I first moved in, my AC wasn’t blowing cold and I emailed her about it after hours and received a follow up email early the next morning and the AC fixed moments later. The Best!!
April 27, 2019Have been in Courtyard Apartments for 3 weeks now and love it. The apartments are spacious, very clean and priced fairly. But the best part is the management. Cathleen and Sarah are very nice and very helpful. They respond quickly to any problems or questions you may have, something unheard of in apartment living. Quality yet affordable living in a fantastic location!
March 28, 2019Courtyard Aprtmanets and Curry Management has been one of the best apartments and management companies my wife and I have interacted with. First, the apartments are all super clean, great size for the cost, and feel a more like a home than apartment. The hardwood floors thoughout are much appreciated. There is ample parking, a great patio that leads to the court yard area with a supplied gas grill for summer cookouts. There is extra storage available in the basement which helps keep closets in ...the apartment organized. Parking is never an issue and snow removal was perfect this harsh winter. Overall, we love our apartment! Sometimes other occupants are loud at times but that is to be expected in an apartment complex. Never an issue with maintenance needs and management has followed up with complaints with direct action. With downtown Overland Park just a short drive or a 15 minute walk away, it’s a surprise there are still apartments left to rent!Leer MásReseña de Apartments.com

May 5, 2018Courtyard apartments and Curry real estate has made my apartment experience the best of my life. I have moved three times in the past three years and had some bad experiences with the two previous apartments. I don’t plan on moving anytime soon. The services are amazing. If anything happens management has someone out there in a couple hours to fix it. I love living here, it really feels like home. Cathleen is the best property manager! Best kept secret in Overland Park
November 8, 2017My fiance and I moved from over 9 hours away and this was one of the first places we saw. Cathleen made us feel like family and helped us through the process of getting our apartment ( quick and easy). Whenever we have had problems Cathleen is right on it and makes sure that she stays in constant contact with us. I have background in the apartment industry and have to say I am blown away by how amazing Cathleen is as a manager. Not only her but Curry Real Estate for not only getting us a ...beautiful new grill but also doing a renter appreciation and giving us a free turkey for thanksgiving. They are truly always trying to give us the best experience possible and go above and beyond for us. It is close to everything but I never have to worry about safety or it being too loud. Easy access to two major highways. The floors are gorgeous and you get so much room! The master bedroom is super spacious and the closet is amazing! These apartments are the best kept secret in Overland Park. The bad reviews had to be from old management because Cathleen is fantastic.Property Manager Responded

Quiet and Good Value - Large master bedroom and closets
November 4, 2017My husband and I recently moved out of the Courtyard because we we bought our first home. However, we were pleased with the Courtyard. We only had one maintenance issue and it was promptly addressed. The closets are large with plenty of storage. The master bedroom is big and the wood floors are a plus. We have a small dog but large dogs are allowed. The property is gated and there is plenty of parking (included with the rent). The unfavorable reviews on this site are from the previous ...property management company before Curry Management took over this property.
