This review is as real as it gets. I love this area overall, but let's be honest about things here.
The office staff here is genuinely kind and welcoming, which I truly appreciate. However, on my first day moving in, I noticed several issues that raised concerns. There was a broken toilet seat, signs of rust damage, roaches, water damage, poorly covered walls, a peeling bathtub and shower, smoke stains, dirty air vents, and broken stovetops. if you are here, plan for a shorter lease, even
...though it can be costly. There also seems to be an overwhelming number of new resident apps being introduced, which adds confusion rather than convenience.
To be fair, this area is generally a good place to stay, especially if you’re looking for something affordable or need a quick lease. (mine is 6 months.)it has a gym, a pool, and reserved parking but beyond the initial convenience so it’s important to set expectations. As long as you're not expecting high quality or well-maintained surroundings, the space can serve its purpose. you get what you paid for. I'm not saying the apartments need to look expensive, but they could at least reflect more care... some of the repairs look like rushed DIY fixes. I’m sharing this not to be overly critical, but as a genuinely concerned person who sees the potential in this place if just a bit more attention were given to maintenance and safety. Good Luck!
