    Comfortable As a senior, this is a mixed community babies to seniors. It is quiet. Everyone waves or smiles when they see you. The apartment is just the right layout and that makes it comfortable. I personally love it here. Shopping is very convenient and you have everything you need in Rock Hill.

    Play ground disappointment and dog pop everywhere on the grass It’s a disappointment when dogs are put forth before children. The complex decided to make a dog play ground , while there’s a lot of children living here . The children being told not to hang out by the barbecue place , like where are the children supposed to play because there’s dog pop everywhere on the grass . Cars being broken into, how ever the camera was only installed by the dumpster, so residents can be fined if they leave ...
    their trash outside . Residents are not priority but the looks of the apartments . Maybe if the complex can do an exit interview they’ll understand why people always move out before end of lease or only stay for a year then move out.

Last year, we were excited to add upgraded grilling and gathering areas as well as enhancements to the fitness center. This year, we also completed a full pool renovation that included new furniture and an upgraded stone pool deck area designed for all residents to enjoy.     Cowan Farms Review Cowan Farms is a great place to live, especially if you own a pet. Plenty of areas to walk dogs on site and bins for pet waste disposal. It has a clean gym and exercise room, a community pool, and a inviting clubhouse. Maintenance personnel are friendly and professional, and renewing a lease is handled by just a few clicks on its website as well as an easy payment plan. Clubhouse staff are friendly and often have events for it's residents and guest. The only thing missing ...
    here is a playground for kids to keep them safely off streets and breezeways. It's well lit at nights and often has police presence nearby or living here onsite. Here I feel safe, and well attended to, as any maintenance issue is always handled quickly and professionally. High marks for all here. J.W. 3 year resident

    Long time renter! Very satisfied living here! My wife and I moved here to start over and simplify our lives. We have been treated wonderfully and have been fortunate to live in a safe environment. My wife passed away last year but I have continued to stay and hopefully will be able to live here.
