January 22, 2026Cowan Farms Review Cowan Farms is a great place to live, especially if you own a pet. Plenty of areas to walk dogs on site and bins for pet waste disposal. It has a clean gym and exercise room, a community pool, and a inviting clubhouse. Maintenance personnel are friendly and professional, and renewing a lease is handled by just a few clicks on its website as well as an easy payment plan. Clubhouse staff are friendly and often have events for it's residents and guest. The only thing missing ...here is a playground for kids to keep them safely off streets and breezeways. It's well lit at nights and often has police presence nearby or living here onsite. Here I feel safe, and well attended to, as any maintenance issue is always handled quickly and professionally. October 20, 2025Just Bad Water bugs, spiders, lack of safety. Cars being broken into while the complex just writes a letter to send to us relieving themselves of any legal liability. We do have pest control services available for preventive and targeted treatments, and we encourage you to contact the office so we can address the issues with water bugs and spiders directly. We also work closely with local law enforcement and also have a courtesy officer onsite who can be reached via direct line anytime the office is closed. We encourage residents to report any suspicious activity right away so we can take the proper steps. We also value our maintenance team and continually look for ways to support them with weekly supply orders and resources they need.
