Crawford Falls is great for Clemson students. Large private bedrooms and individual bathrooms. I lived with 3 friends but due to their privacy one could join a relatively unknown group and not run into many problems. Right outside the Complex is a CATBUS stop which is the town and university's free public transit bus system which I used for classes and going downtown, a lot more than I thought I would, my car sat in the parking lot. ...volleyball, repainting the exterior etc. The only problem is parking, for parking you need to drive off sight to get a parking pass which isn't a problem but you'd think that there would be enough parking. Sometimes especially after studying late I would have to park 2 buildings down from mine, and my friends and family also struggled to find a visitor spot. 2 of my friends and a lot of stories I heard where the towing company would tow you when you were beside the visitor spots but not in one, even when the visitor spots were full and their was a buffer of unused residence spots.
Overall, I would live here again and most people struggle finding a unit to rent not necessarily with the units themselves.
