We lived there for quite a while, giving them chances to fix what needed to be.....they never did. First, they changed the name from "Tudor Manor" to "Creekside Apartments" to try and get away from the bad reputation they had. In my unit, the cabinet was off, towel bar broke in the bathroom, in the bedroom, the closet door was broke, it needed a new track, ( had it, never got put up) an inch of mold on unit in the apartment for a/c and furnance, mold all over badeboards in the bedrooms and under
...them, mold all over under the sink, water leaks from the pipes under the sink, several units have roaches in them, they do not spray for any bugs, the air conditioners are not serviced properly, when it comes to fixing the problems, there is never any money to fix it with. Or they say they will and they never do. The owner always says it is not his problem, he claims his health is interfered with running the place but he sure can be healthy when rent is due. The property manager is good but is very busy....she has to do the work of 3 people for 5 properties. I even have a text from the owner saying " i know its rundown!" The stairs are not properly connected, they wobble everytime you walk on them, they shake and the balconies are not attached and you could probably just push it over if enough strength. Once again. Owner will NOT fix it. My vectren bill was never under $500 in the winter because of the gaps in the doors and windows. Ice would form on the inside of the windows in both bedrooms, we had to tape our bedroom door because of the air that came in it.when it rained, my kitchen would flood with water nearly ruining my stuff, in fact when it rained, the closet and by the door got soaked it ended up ruining a $550.00 dresser that i had. My kids were always sick living there, my husband was coughing.the owner is a bully, he likes to threaten people, he harasses you if you move, he tells you its all your fault, he accused me of taking the cabinet drawers and cabinets. Why would i want roach infedsted cabinets? We moved, after he found out we moved he harassed us up to the point we had to call the police on him. Really. Do not waste your time. this place is slumville! The neighbor i had always needed a ride, money, food, gas, even begging me to go get a prescription for pain pills...to be honest this place needs to be shutdown and condemned. They do not put the money back into the property as it should be. I also have pictures and video of what it looked like.
