It's located at the end of a cul-de-sac, which makes for a quiet neighborhood. You WILL NOT find a more beautiful option in the area -- it's a MUST SEE! Daniel London Properties LLC is owned by husband and wife team Deena and Daniel London. You will deal directly with us in every aspect, no middle men or a management company. We do our own mowing, landscaping, HVAC filter replacement and most maintenance. Come home where we keep the main thing the main thing YOU! All of our apartments are newer and they are spacious and luxurious living! Beautiful apartment with all the luxurious accents -- granite countertops, luxury vinyl plank flooring and more! Centrally located to anywhere in Elizabethtown, Brandenburg, Fort Knox and Louisville for an easy commute. Live where you're allowed to treat it as your home and you're treated as a partner, not a tenant! Our main goal isn't to just get you here, but to keep you here! Our units are pet friendly (restrictions & fees apply). Unlike the big guys, we do not raise rent every year! Actually, we rarely raise rent, but if we do, it's never more than 5% and the conversation begins 3 to 6 months before your renewal so you aren't surprised at the 11th hour.

September 24, 2024We've been renting from the Londons for over two years. They are head and shoulders above the rest. They are quick to respond to any issues that may arise. They do a great job of communicating with us, as well as maintaining their properties.
