Great place to live!
May 12, 2026 - Reseña de Apartments.comI have been living at the Durham apartments in Sterling Heights for over 10 years now. My landlords Heather and Vicki are wonderful people plus the maintenance guys are always quick when asked to fix something. Its quiet and peaceful here. Never had any problems.
I will miss this place!

The management team was always responsive, and the community felt safe and welcoming. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to call home! PS loved the parking. :)

Best apartment place I have lived since moving to MI
April 3, 2023 - Reseña de Apartments.comI am giving 5 stars because of the office staff, from the manager to the maintenance staff, they were all excellent and professional. I moved here in 2017, at first 1 bedroom just me and my husband. I had my first child during the 1 bedroom stay. Then eventually we need to upgrade as my mother in law will be living with us. It was hard to get a two bedroom as there's always a waiting list. I believe it was destiny cause after few months of applying for 2 bedroom there was an availability for us. ...For almost 6 years, we never had a major issues or concerns. I'd be honest there were times the other neighbor was loud and some dramatic scenes happening but overall i love the neighborhood. Shout out to Debbie and Becky for being the most kind and generous to us. This apartment may not be modern in style but it suits your needs and also your budget. We had to move because our family is growing and they only have two bedroom available. I would love to be renting here again in the future. I couldn't really think of anything bad about this apartment. The main thing i like about is how fast they respond to your maintenance needs and they remember your name, what your unit number is. Thank you Heather, Vicki, Rick and the new guy (i didnt get his name). It was nice staying at Durham apartment.Leer Más

The staff and maintenance has been nothing short of lovely since day one in 2008. I will miss my safe, tranquil, clean, affordable ranch style living space. As my very first apartment rental, the Durham staff is special to me. I can always come back, right? Lol

Felt safe all the time, always parking available, have own entrance, attic, laundry area, very comfortable stay, the 1 bedroom apartment is really convenient for one person living on their own at a very reasonable price! Friendly neighbors and good staff as well. I would definitely recommend it!

If didn't lose my job, I would be living in my apartment for a long time. I loved it!!! GREAT PLACE FOR A GREAT PLACE! and having a laundry room was the best!! -AMANDA! :)
