I have been living at the Durham apartments in Sterling Heights for over 10 years now. My landlords Heather and Vicki are wonderful people plus the maintenance guys are always quick when asked to fix something. Its quiet and peaceful here. Never had any problems.

I absolutely loved living here for the past four years! The apartment was spacious and well-maintained, with great amenities and a convenient location. The management team was always responsive, and the community felt safe and welcoming. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to call home! PS loved the parking. :)

I am giving 5 stars because of the office staff, from the manager to the maintenance staff, they were all excellent and professional. I moved here in 2017, at first 1 bedroom just me and my husband. I had my first child during the 1 bedroom stay. Then eventually we need to upgrade as my mother in law will be living with us. It was hard to get a two bedroom as there's always a waiting list. I believe it was destiny cause after few months of applying for 2 bedroom there was an availability for us. ...
For almost 6 years, we never had a major issues or concerns. I'd be honest there were times the other neighbor was loud and some dramatic scenes happening but overall i love the neighborhood. Shout out to Debbie and Becky for being the most kind and generous to us. This apartment may not be modern in style but it suits your needs and also your budget. We had to move because our family is growing and they only have two bedroom available. I would love to be renting here again in the future. I couldn't really think of anything bad about this apartment. The main thing i like about is how fast they respond to your maintenance needs and they remember your name, what your unit number is.

Well, after 13 short years in my lovely bachelorette pad I have decided to move on. The staff and maintenance has been nothing short of lovely since day one in 2008. I will miss my safe, tranquil, clean, affordable ranch style living space. As my very first apartment rental, the Durham staff is special to me. I can always come back, right? Lol

This is a nice and quiet community! Felt safe all the time, always parking available, have own entrance, attic, laundry area, very comfortable stay, the 1 bedroom apartment is really convenient for one person living on their own at a very reasonable price! Friendly neighbors and good staff as well. I would definitely recommend it!

Great office staff and maintenance. Always there to accommodate you with your needs. Had no problems living there, very quiet, and felt safe everyday. If didn't lose my job, I would be living in my apartment for a long time. I loved it!!! GREAT PLACE FOR A GREAT PLACE! and having a laundry room was the best!!

Landscaping is a joke. Have to pry bedroom window open but yet it still leaks when closed. Living room window leaks. Been waiting three and a half months for repairs on a crumbling porch. How this place gets a five star rating is mind boggling.

With built-in bookcases, washer and dryer hookup (I hate laundromats!) and nice-size bedrooms these are nice apts. I also like that everything is on one floor. Long wait list for 2 BRs though.
