Really sad our renewal rent offer is higher than the new renter's rent. Feel our loyalty didn't get rewarded.
My mail with a really important document inside got put into someone else's mailbox, but the manager refused to send out a message to the building and help us. We ended up printing out 300 flyers and got our mail back.
Anyway our experience this year has gone down quite a bit. Would probably just move out.

Jingyi, we sure don't like to hear that you have had a negative experience with us, but would appreciate the chance to turn your experience around.
