Experience is going down
April 6, 2023Really sad our renewal rent offer is higher than the new renter's rent. Feel our loyalty didn't get rewarded. My mail with a really important document inside got put into someone else's mailbox, but the manager refused to send out a message to the building and help us. We ended up printing out 300 flyers and got our mail back. Anyway our experience this year has gone down quite a bit. Would probably just move out.Property Manager Responded

Cool Neighborhood & Excellent Staff!
April 6, 2022I moved here mid quarantine sight unseen from out of town. The staff had been very accommodating and friendly. The floorplans and finishes are great and the complex is walking distance to tons of great bars and some of the best restaurants in town. The property is close enough to downtown and nightlife if thats your thing but far enough away to where you’re not dealing with the commotion if you don’t want to. A great park and Mueller town center is close too! Highly recommend. It’s right next to ...a train track but you can barely hear it.Property Manager Responded

March 16, 2022Elan East is by far the best apartment complex I am ever lived in Austin. The staff are kind and extremely helpful. Maintenance is also the best, they complete submitted orders as soon as possible and do a great job. I can't think of 1 complaint that I would make about living at Elan East.
