Worst management I've ever seen
August 29, 2024If you want mold in your bathrooms this is the place for you. If you want the elevators to never work, this is the place for you. If you want to feel unsafe walking out the front door at night because of the shelter next door, this is the place for you. If you want to pay wayyyy too much for a tiny studio apartment, this is the place for you. If you never want your washer/dryer to work, this is the place for you. Good luck to anyone who lives here. Stay away!
March 14, 2023I stayed here back in 2021and let me tell you it was terrible. list of cons: 1) roaches galore with no help to get rid of them 2) the trash valet that was promised never happened (my neighbors trash was sitting there for 3 weeks until he finally just got fed up and took it himself.) 3) the dumpster area was rancid and overflowing 4) people will steal your packages 5) thin, leaky ceilings 6) they leave main doors open so random people will be roaming the complex 7) never cleaned 8) poor ...management 9) elevator literally had wires hanging down 10) my apartment was filthy when I was supposed to be moving in. Me and my mom had to clean it ourselves. (plus the management argued with us saying it was spotless and that they checked themselves which was a lie because we had photos and videos of the property) 11) my washer/dryer never worked despite putting in several maintenance requests 12) maintenance would never come list of pros: 1)location (great location for young people who want to be close to the downtown party scene) Moral of the story I am glad that I only signed a three month lease with them and no longer.Property Manager Responded

Terrible
September 7, 2021I moved here like 3 weeks ago & I hate it already. Management is VERY unorganized. There has got to be a bug infestation. I see bugs almost everyday. I’m scared to open my cabinets in fear that a roach might jump out at me. There’s only 1 maintenance guy. Parking area is raggedy. The hallways are dirty. Don’t move here.Property Manager Responded

Worst Apartment I’ve ever lived at
July 21, 2021This apartment is horrible. Management is horrible, they only have 2 maintenance guys so nothing ever gets fixed because they have the task of doing everything. I had a leak in my roof that started in APRIL by June my apartment was flooded. Nobody never did anything about it and I was forced to move. The bugs and knots in here is also horrible, 0/10 would not recommend an animal to live here.Property Manager Responded

Great Building, needs better management
August 4, 2020The building and apartments are renovated very nicely, but there's been a serious decline in management and security. Plus,upkeep and responsibilities. The luxury part is being left behind. The rooftop community space hasn't been completed, the grills for the rooftop decks are cheap and small Walmart brand. The security gates protecting resident's cars and property has been removed and said they won't be going back up, any and everyone can park in the gate. We no longer have functional key fobs, ...we no longer have greatly appreciated access to security cameras through an app on our phones. The security cameras in the parking lot aren't working I'm sure, because they are pointing straight down at the ground. The new ones on the building work, but the rest of the parking lot is at your on risk. The poor maintenance man has to clean up trash everyday, because the access to the dumpster is limited, blocked a tree, a ragged gate, and residents have become too lazy to maneuver around these obstacles. The trash service for the building has even started placing the garbage on the ground next to the half empty dumpster. Control and responsibilities need to be reined back in before a beautifully newly renovated building becomes a mismanage, badly operated & kept dump in the middle of an up-and-coming downtownProperty Manager Responded
