poor service not worth the money
July 16, 2018I recently had a fire in my unit. It took the property manager over four hours to respond and Maintenance as well. I have been out of my unit for two weeks and they have still not completed the repairs despite having renters insurance to cover their cost. There is a hole in my ceiling where the sprinkler system is located after being replaced. The entire top ceiling part of my kitchen is still covered in black. I was a shored by Maintenance and office staff that the repairs will be completed ...before me and my son were to move back into the apartment. Staff did not inform me tenant that the repairs will not be completed before me and my child were to move back in the following Saturday and once called staff insisted that it wasn’t an emergency and they would not come out to address that issue. The trash only comes once a week in Austin piles up there straight animals including feral cats and raccoons that pillage the garbage in the middle of the night. Staff is never available for what would be considered maintenance emergencies. I called the maintenance on call number to inform them that both of my toilets were backing up into my apartment they said that this was not an emergency that it could wait till the next following business day keep in mind this was on a Saturday. Myself and my 11-year-old son had no toilet to use in our home over the weekend. The craftsmanship of the apartments is horrible from an even grout and tile. To warped cabinets and spackled cabinet and drawer covers. The countertops must be replaced. They have been painted over several times to the point where they no longer even have a natural shape. There are ants coming into the units through bedrooms on the ground floor. Constantly not enough water pressure to wash dishes by hand. Dishwasher does not come and flush with cabinets. Unprofessional
August 26, 2017I was considering renting an apartment on this property but I quickly found out how unprofessional the property manager is. I went back to the office several times to complete the application process Durning office hours which are 8:30am to 5pm Monday through Friday and no one except for the mantinence guys were in the office. You try to call during business hours and no one answers. Very unprofessional! So glad I didn't give them any money.
