Dishonest people, horrible maintenance.
March 13, 2022I lived here for over four years and I wouldn’t recommend this place for anybody. All the appliances and kitchen cabinets are very outdated, things are just falling apart, and the apartment complex only comes up with quick fixes and refuses to replace anything. I had my heating/cooling system breaking about 5-6 times during four years living there. The dishwasher was so old, it wasn’t working. The pool was closed a lot with some bs excuses. But the biggest problem is that they are very dishonest ...people. When I lost my parking sticker, the lease agreement said that a replacement would cost $25, but they charged me $100 saying that they can charge whatever they want. When I was moving out, they charged me $1500 of various fees. I left the apartment in the same condition as I moved in, they charged me for some stains on the countertop that were already there before I moved in!! This is absolutely outrageous!! The carpets were not new when I moved in, they looked old and dirty, but they charged me for them as well, as they did for some bathroom renovations! The things that would be considered regular wear and tear in any normal apartment, here they are trying to charge you whatever they think they can get away with. They are quick to make up extra charges for this and that, but when a tenant has an issue that needs to be resolved, they take forever and don’t provide a good quality service. October 13, 2021Overall, I enjoy living here. I love the location and the space of the apartment. The staff and management are nice and try to make you happy. Some improvements could be made to the stairways and balconies of the apartments. It looks like we pay way less than what we are paying when you see those areas.Property Manager Responded

Great property and staff
September 23, 2021We are currently looking for an apartment in Leesburg. We have toured a few in the area and by far the Assembly Leesburg property is the one that has caught our attention. Shelma was great on explaining the floor plans, amenities and gave us a tour of the apartments. She explained everything in detail and answered all of our questions.
