I moved in to the property in August of last year and Lucy made the process super easy. I am very happy with all the conveniences (24/7 gym, heated pool, mail right outside the clubhouse, Luxer One option for boxed mail, etc.) I hope to continue to stay at Reverb after my lease is up. Super happy with my living conditions.

I’m a professional who was transferred to Nevada. Reverb at Spring Valley is in an excellent location and an easy commute to my office in Summerlin. The property is older - so my one-bedroom apartment is affordable, large, solid and filled with natural light. Everything is well-kept and clean. Maintenance techs here are rude and lazy, pools are always closed even tho we get charged amenities fees and they charge you for a key fob to enter the property.
