honestly looks like he is on drugs. He literally told us that he had his own house and land while in our apt "fixing" our tub (aka putting caulk over mold) and then not even 2 weeks later we see him moving in to the 2nd building. If a light goes out in the stairway or hallway in front of the apt doors too bad..better have a flashlight because you will be stumbling in the dark for the next 2 months at least!! When the lights are flickering in the stairway, it reminds you of some old, decrepit New York City high-rise with people passed out or ODing on the steps ( I'VE SEEN AT LEAST 4 DIFFERENT PEOPLE BEING CARRIED AWAY ON STRETCHERS DUE TO OVERDOSE .) THE PREVIOUS MAINTENANCE MAN ACTUALLY OVERDOSED AND DIED WHILE MY HUSBAND PERFORMED CPR. After the maintenance man died there were squatters going in and out of his apt blasting music, doing drugs, crazy fights - the police must have been called at least 10 times. Some random guy kicked the door down in some drunken, drugged up rage and the door was just left hanging off the hinges!!! The apts wouldn't do anything until about half a year later when we all signed a petition, someone finally came in and locked the doors up. Meanwhile the apts will harass you if you're even one day late on rent! They threaten to evict you instantly.

..COUNTING DOWN. NO ONE SHOULD EVER MOVE IN HERE. WORSE APARTMENTS IN PHILADELPHIA. LOCATION GOOD BUT APARTMENT SUCK!!!
