    My partner and I moved in a couple of months ago, and this is our first apartment. We did thorough research and visited several places, but as soon as we arrived at Encore North, we knew it was the one. Marla truly sold us on this property! She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and went above and beyond to accommodate us and ensure our move-in process was smooth. So far, we have zero complaints. The property is beautifully maintained, the service is excellent, and the maintenance team is responsive ...

    Overall, the property is great, not a lot of buildings, great amenities, and office staff. Jasmine has been amazing since the very beginning. She’s very knowledgeable and attentive and strives to give you exactly what you’re looking for in your next home. Location is perfect; plenty of shops, close to the highway and quiet. I would say you get what you pay for at Encore North.

    Encore North is a great place to live. I have lived here going on 3 yrs. I just recently moved to the 2nd floor from the first because the apartment was bigger. I love my home. I can honestly say I am paying for what I am getting. No complaints go unnoticed. Management is friendly. We have alot of activities that is provided to the residents by Management that is great. They really care about their residents. Come make your home Encore North Luxury Apartment Living.

  • Great Complex

    This community is an extremely beautiful, well kept and peaceful community. Everything is so beautiful that I felt like I was at a resort. The office staff is extremely accommodating and friendly also. Encore North could not be better located. It is near a lot of stores and the new highway. Highly recommended!!

  • Great place to Live

    Apartments are very spacious, very well constructed and well maintained. Residents are informed well in advance of any office closure, maintenance or other activities. The entire staff is helpful; special mention -Marla who always welcomes with a smile, very patient in addressing out queries/ concerns. Amenities are top notch and residents are friendly. Monthly events let's you connect with other residents. I definitely recommend this place for a world class experience.
