December 13, 2024My partner and I moved in a couple of months ago, and this is our first apartment. We did thorough research and visited several places, but as soon as we arrived at Encore North, we knew it was the one. Marla truly sold us on this property! She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and went above and beyond to accommodate us and ensure our move-in process was smooth. So far, we have zero complaints. The property is beautifully maintained, the service is excellent, and the maintenance team is responsive ...and unbelievably kind. It’s a definite yes!Property Manager Responded

December 13, 2024Overall, the property is great, not a lot of buildings, great amenities, and office staff. Jasmine has been amazing since the very beginning. She’s very knowledgeable and attentive and strives to give you exactly what you’re looking for in your next home. Location is perfect; plenty of shops, close to the highway and quiet. December 13, 2024Encore North is a great place to live. I have lived here going on 3 yrs. I just recently moved to the 2nd floor from the first because the apartment was bigger. I love my home. I can honestly say I am paying for what I am getting. No complaints go unnoticed. Management is friendly. We have alot of activities that is provided to the residents by Management that is great. Great Complex
December 27, 2023This community is an extremely beautiful, well kept and peaceful community. Everything is so beautiful that I felt like I was at a resort. Great place to Live
November 16, 2022Apartments are very spacious, very well constructed and well maintained. Residents are informed well in advance of any office closure, maintenance or other activities. The entire staff is helpful; special mention -Marla who always welcomes with a smile, very patient in addressing out queries/ concerns. Amenities are top notch and residents are friendly.
