Terrible responses from building on maintenance and safety
April 19, 2025Blue canyon is a terrible company to rent from. Their maintenance is not available 24/7 as described and they have shut of the heat and hot water in the dead of winter during the Christmas season. A gas leak was left unattended due to their people refusing to come out to shut it off. Vicious dogs have lived in the building and attacked other residents and it is not uncommon for a server multiple of people to reside in the one bedroom apartments. Also, parking is deplorable, laundry is too ...expensive and often not emptied. This is a nightmare building to live in, please look elsewhere that is not in the blue canyon property!Leer MásReseña de Apartments.com
