I would not recommend anyone to live here based on the poor experience I've had so far.
Good:
Some staff members and maintenance are really nice. If you're polite to them, they will return this generosity.
The location is nice.
It's pet friendly. That's about it.
Bad:
The walls are poorly insulated, so you can hear a lot of noise coming from neighbors if you live below someone. If you have issues with a loud neighbor, you will have to deal with it. The office will not help at all.

Parking can be a huge problem too. You either have to pay $90 a month for reserved parking, or be here to get a spot during certain times of the week. If you're not back before 10pm on weekdays or before 1am on weekends, good luck finding a place to park. I've seen others come in and complain that their guests or tenants can't park anywhere when I had to stop by the office.
The units also have older refrigerators and other appliances that come with their own problems. I'd only consider it for someone who can afford these outrageous rent price increases on a top floor and with reserved parking.
The entry gate is often broken for weeks at a time. It doesn't make the apartments as safe as it could be.
Management tends to ignore emails sometimes, so tenants have to make special trips to the office to be heard.
This place has a lot of college students, roommate living situations, and tend to have residents that cause littering (broken bottles), party noises, etc. This is not for anyone who has a family looking for peace and quiet settings.
Max of 2. Only one nonrefundable fee of $400 for 1 pet or $500 for 2 pets due at move-in. Pet rent of $20 a month per pet. Two pet limit, full-grown maximum weight of 75 lbs. for each pet. Dogs and cats are most welcome.
