Noise and Parking Issues
December 1, 2019I would not recommend anyone to live here based on the poor experience I've had so far. Good: Some staff members and maintenance are really nice. If you're polite to them, they will return this generosity. The location is nice. It's pet friendly. That's about it. Bad: The walls are poorly insulated, so you can hear a lot of noise coming from neighbors if you live below someone. If you have issues with a loud neighbor, you will have to deal with it. The office will not help at all. ...Parking can be a huge problem too. You either have to pay $90 a month for reserved parking, or be here to get a spot during certain times of the week. If you're not back before 10pm on weekdays or before 1am on weekends, good luck finding a place to park. I've seen others come in and complain that their guests or tenants can't park anywhere when I had to stop by the office. The units also have older refrigerators and other appliances that come with their own problems. I'd only consider it for someone who can afford these outrageous rent price increases on a top floor and with reserved parking. The entry gate is often broken for weeks at a time. It doesn't make the apartments as safe as it could be. Management tends to ignore emails sometimes, so tenants have to make special trips to the office to be heard. This place has a lot of college students, roommate living situations, and tend to have residents that cause littering (broken bottles), party noises, etc. This is not for anyone who has a family looking for peace and quiet settings.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Beautiful Community
September 30, 2019I loved the community when touring back in May and due to limited availability, I had to wait for something to come available. I ended up waiting to move and found the ideal floor plan at Evergreen. The staff is extremely friendly and made me feel important and they truly cared about my needs. Highly recommended. Great apartments in fantastic location
August 3, 2019We recently moved into Evergreen Lenox Park and have loved it so far! The staff is very friendly and helpful. The property manager, Taylor, was so quick to respond to us and has been extremely helpful and welcoming during our move-in process. The apartment is beautifully renovated and has plenty of space. We love the large closets and the nice, new appliances. The pool, workout room, and tennis court are all very nice. The apartment is located right on Lenox Park, and is also close to both ...Brookhaven and Buckhead. I have lived here for 5 years now and I have seen the many things management has improved for the community overall. A very enjoyable place to live and you can't beat the location. Best Place to Live - Great Price, Nice Apartments, Close to everything
July 19, 2019I am about to go on 4 years living at Evergreen and it is definitely home. The apartments are great size, large bedrooms (and walk in closet space) and well kept. I feel very safe that it is a gated community and the staff is super friendly too. The manager, Taylor, is the sweetest, she always goes out of her way to accommodate to residents needs. The location cannot be beat!! You are close enough to everything but just right outside the hustle bustle of craziness- Lenox park and the lake is a ...great area to walk and is just steps from the apartment. Great Location & Price
November 14, 2018The complex is in an very convenient location, and is well priced for the area. Access to the Lenox Park walking trail is great, and the amenities are on par with what you would expect. Staff is friendly and helpful. Only complaint that the complex recently started offering reserved parking spots for people who are willing to pay for them.Review from Apartments.com
Overall a great place to call home
November 8, 2018Moved in last year and it has been a pleasure. The people at the office are so helpful with any problems we have had. The maintenance staff is top notch with response and handling of any problems( quick and polite) The amentities are awesome- the upgraded pool area is definitely a winner. Best Place to live in Buckhead!
November 8, 2018I have lived at Evergreen Lenox Park for a little over a year (just resigned my lease actually) and I have yet to have one thing to complain about. The front office staff is truly amazing, maintenance requests get handled within 48 hours from my experience, grounds are kept tidy and neighbors are SO friendly. This location has immediate access to Lenox Park. So if you have a dog or like to walk/jog, this is a HUGE perk! Prime location as you are less than 2 miles from Lenox Mall but also tucked ...enough away to feel removed from the city if you wish for some peace and quiet. If you are looking for somewhere to live in the Buckhead area, this is the best experience for your dollar, I assure you.Property Manager Responded

August 1, 2018I love living in a beautiful dog-friendly community with trees and views. I moved from an acre in Alpharetta and knew when I found this place I would be closer in but not sacrifice the gorgeous private living I was used to surrounded by trees and friendly dogs and neighbors :) Our dog, my kids and I love the amenities and spacious floorplan - dog park in the community with a pet spa! ...and several other parks close by, nice pool/tennis, convenient access to shops, businesses and restaurants ...and we feel very safe and comfortable here.
