Liability InsuranceiWe require a $100,000 insurance policy for each resident. We offer a property insurance that will automatically be applied to each resident's account. If you wish to provide your own policy, please contact the leasing office for instruction on verification. If a personal policy is active, residents will not be charged the insurance fee. Rent PlusiMax of 1. Rent plus is a credit reporting service that will positively report to the credit bureaus for monthly installments paid on time. This service will never negatively impact you for late payments. Guarantor WaiveriWe require a minimum proof of 3x the monthly installment of income PLUS a minimum 600 credit score to self-qualify. If residents do not meet these criteria, a guarantor can help meet this. If a resident does not meet these criteria and does not have someone who is willing/able to be their guarantor, they can enroll in Student LEAP for an additional monthly fee. You must be able to provide proof of current or future student status (unofficial transcript). Charged per unit.$45.17/mes

The Everson is an incredible place to live. The staff is accommodating, professional, understanding, and kind. I am paralyzed (full time wheelchair user) and they made my apartment adaptive and accessible with accessible appliances to match! They are the embodiment of southern hospitality! Place is nice, rooms are a lot smaller than my previous complex, desipte being more expensive. Some problems include some of the electrical outlets not working fully, and some scuff marks/mold accumulation in the bathroom/bedroom. The staff did work quickly to fix the issues though.

Overall living here has been pretty great! There are a few things that could improve such as having one dumpster for the top buildings and the people who live in 331 having to make that walk to take trash and more visitor spots for the top buildings also, it’s almost impossible to find any after a certain time even during the summer and how the switch from wifi hasn’t been all that great and in my opinion still works about the same as the old one. Besides that I have no complaints and enjoyed ...

Living here is really nice because the view of the mountains is amazing, and it has great places to see the stars at night. I really enjoy their events and all the free stuff and food they give out, and their competitions are really fun. I hope they do another room decor contest.

The Everson is amazing! They have the kindest staff who are more than welcome d to help you out and are just really nice in general! They have the best amenities and they have free snacks and drinks in the office you can grab any time!! Would definitely recommend living at the Everson!

My time at the Everson has been a great experience. I especially like our staff here on the property, each person that I have spoken with has been kind, helpful, and understanding towards any issues and concerns that have come up for me since my stay here. Some amenities I would have liked and hope they implement in the future is a mailroom.

This has been a great place to live. The mountain views are absolutely beautiful, and it’s consistently quiet and relaxing. The staff is wonderful, always friendly and quick to help when needed. I’ve had a really positive experience here.
