March 15, 2026I went into The Everson looking to tour and potentially sign a lease. All within the same day I was able to tour , sign, and fill out most paperwork. March 14, 2026I have enjoyed my time here at The Everson and renewed my lease for next year. The apartments come with great appliances that every college student needs. The staff is very helpful every time I have a question or an issue with something. I did not give it a 5 star because the walls are thin and my upstairs neighbors can be extremely obnoxius in the middle of the night. I also wish there was a garbage disposal because it can get annoying to throw out excess food all the time in the trash can. They ...just switched the WiFi not too long ago, but there are still some issues regarding the speed of it.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

December 30, 2025All the staff is nice and very accommodating. Neighborhood is excellent no complaints what so ever. Whenever I had an issue maintenance stayed in top of it.Property Manager Responded
