- Rent PlusiMax of 1. Rent plus is a credit reporting service that will positively report to the credit bureaus for monthly installments paid on time. - Guarantor WaiveriWe require a minimum proof of 3x the monthly installment of income PLUS a minimum 600 credit score to self-qualify.
