September 11, 2025Lied about several things, including WiFi and routing issues, in order to get me to sign a lease with them and make them look better. No one at the office knows what they’re talking about and contradict one another, and then will try and gaslight you like you don’t know what you’re talking about for everything. Super invasive about your right to privacy as a tenant, having a check one month after moving in about something that should’ve been checked before move in. But I’m sure will come up with ...excuses for all of these things. Not looking good so far and can see why they have bad reviews. Seems they didn’t learn their lesson after changing their name and “management”.Property Manager Responded

September 11, 2025Unit was not ready for move in. I was told I had to clean the community space even though only one tenant was living there, while the other 2 got evicted. Most things were unclean and didn’t meet first apartment expectations. Made excuses for not being able to accommodate my roommate request even before deadline.Property Manager Responded
