Everything looks brand new

Unless you have no other options...
March 18, 2022Wish I could upload pictures here. I apologize, but this is a long read. A new management, at the time of writing this, replaced the old one. I wasn't aware until I called and asked why the resident portal app wasn't working. The new management jacked up the online payment price from ~$6 to $22.87. In my apartment I think there's mice or rats in the walls, at night I hear skittering. So far they haven't broken through anything. When I moved in in October, my bathroom sink was chipped and I ...don't have a letter for my apartment building. Maintenance guy said he'd fix it. It's March and neither has been fixed. I'd also put in a request for my bathtub cold water handle to be fixed, when the previous management was here, it was filed as complete but wasn't. Had pictures and everything. Laundry site is a joke. It seems every week it's broken or something. And people leave their clothes in there for an uncomfortable amount of time.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

June 1, 2020Communication is poor. Precision is poor. Every time you call. They said their going to call back and never do. Even when you have all the required documents.
