Personally, I love walking the beach park, hitting nearby trails, mountain biking, riding my off-road skateboard, grabbing Chinese food next door, catching weekly movies up the street, paddleboarding, and stargazing from the rooftop. It’s all effortless here. Even the cabinets are placed just right to store your paddleboard or surfboard. The bathrooms are spacious (mine doubles as my second office), and every unit has in-home laundry.
The only thing I’d change? The building uses key fobs for entry and elevator access—I wish it were a keypad. But they do let you upgrade your unit door to a keypad if you want, so honestly… that’s a small price to pay for living somewhere this thoughtfully designed.
