Managment needs to get it together
November 2, 2022I got an energy Bill for over $600. I contacted consumers energy who had someone out right away and let me know if wasn't an issue on their end. I then put a maintenance request in through footehills in late July. They came and inspected the AC unit and replaced a part that was using triple the energy it should have been. My bill was normal immediately after the repair. I asked the office for a credit, since the maintenance man said the part is rarely tested during the move in/out inspections. ...The management team did not respond after many calls and 6-7 emails with what had happened, and my bill attached. Finally, I got a response in late October, 2.5 months later, that they were only covering $300. they suggested I should be happy with half since it was a "courtesy" credit and they typically don't credit for items breaking Apparently, this also means they don't take responsibility for items breaking before my move in date. I would suggest staying away from renting here. the office responds months later and makes you pay for their items breaking. All this on top of neighbors who were throwing trash off the balcony, blasting music, smoking in their apartment and in the hallway and leaving all the doors to the building open in the winter time. The apartments took months to get them out and only addressed the issues by putting flyers up in the hallway reminding people of the rules of the complex.Property Manager Responded
