The apts are spacious with beautiful laminate wood floors. The appliances are all updated and and they are black. The balcony's are spacious. The leasing ladies Nikki and Stacy are awesome! I'll never move. They are always nice and ready to help if needed. I give this place 5 stars!

New Apartment Management

I have lived at Forrest Cove Apartments for approximately 3 years. When I first moved here the apartment manager was not a nice person. Our new manager is friendly and deals with issues promptly. If there are any issues that she can not deal with immediately, she will keep you informed on the plan of action to resolve problem. When paying my rent, I am always greeted with a smile. My apartment is large and nicely decorated. The monthly utility bill are quite reasonable.

Place is nice however the property manager is very unprofessional and childish. Not sure who’s idea it was to Put her in charge but she needs to Be replaced with somebody that actually knows what they’re doing.

We totally disagree with that! The managers are very friendly and polite ladies! Very nice and pleasant to talk to! We filled out the form and a week later we checked into the apartment! New apartments very beautiful and very large in size! We are very pleased with the service of the managers! Thanks a lot to them! And we highly recommend this apartments to all!

Manager of property is beyond the worst

Apartments are nice. It’s low income apartments so you will find different type of people living in there. It’s mix of young people studying and working, older people or families. Although the lady in the office managing the place is beyond the nightmare. I have never met the rudest person in my life. She will make sure that you know you’re applying for low income apartment and she will treat you like trash. She’s not friendly at all, extremely mean, neurotic and doesn’t want to help with ...
anything. I don’t understand how management came up to decision to make this lady in charge of property, she might have been hired during the Covid when nobody else wanted to work and they desperately needed someone there processing applications. This lady shouldn’t be allowed to work with people. I am pretty sure I am not going to be first and last complaining.
