March 20, 2024I’ve had the pleasure of living for 5 years in this apartment complex. The grounds is beyond well kept. The maintenance team is beyond nice and always go out of their way to make sure the issue is resolved same day. The ladies in the office are always so nice and willing to help. The manager of the complex is hands-down, the best guy I’ve ever met. I would recommend living here. I would say this is the best apartment complex in Medina county.Reseña de Apartments.com
Wonderful place to live.
March 9, 2020I will be as honest as I can this neighborhood remines me of the one I grew up in back in the late 50s, 60s and 70s my neighbors are very nice like family the management team will go out of there way to be as helpful as they can if you have any troubles in your apartment the maintenance (dept) will be there at most times within the hour in the spring time and summer time the grass is always cut and kept up very nice in the winter months the parking lots are always plowed and salted. Also Medina ...has one of the best school distracts in Ohio. So if you are looking for a safe place to live and raise a family this will be the home for you.Leer MásReseña de Apartments.com
Wonderful place to live
March 22, 2019We have lived here almost a year and find it to be excellent. The staff is wonderful, friendly, helpful, and they will remember your name from the first time you meet them. Our apartment was spotless when we moved in - freshly painted with new carpet and several new appliances. We opted for carpet in the living area although I believe there is an option for hard flooring. Our top floor apartment has a cathedral ceiling which keep the apartment light and airy and it appears even larger than it is. ...The grounds are meticulously kept up with beautiful flowers all summer. They plow the parking lot, shovel and salt the walkways very quickly when it snows. On the 2-3 times we had service calls they responded within the hour (and these were small - no rush issues). The service people are also helpful and very kind. Maintenance appears to be on-going which includes a vacuum and they actually dust and polish the hallways at least once a week (it could be twice - not sure) so it is always clean and fresh. Finally, the people in our building have all been very friendly, very nice, and very quiet. A spectacular bonus is the large, nicely heated outdoor pool - great summer fun. Forest Meadows Apartment
August 4, 2018I you are looking to rent look no further, Forest Meadows Apartment in Medina is by far one of the nicest place to live in. I have called this place home for the past three years, and just moved out. The entire apartment complex is maintained meticulously around the clock, the staff in the main office are so caring and eager to help, they will never let you down. Important to note, I have always felt safe living there, never had any issues that might put that in question. Having your own ...washer/dryer in the unit and your own garage makes for easy living. In an effort to make this place even nicer the management is continuously re-investing, they just resurfaced the entire parking lots and driveways as well as replacing better and more energy efficient window and much more. November 1, 2017I lived at Forest Meadows for nearly 4 years. It was a great place to live! The staff were always professional and polite and responded promptly to every request I made for service. The apartment community is beautiful with professionally maintained landscaping. I had the opportunity to meet many neighbors, and all were very friendly! The unit I rented was well appointed and in a great location. Forest Meadows was about 10 minutes to my workplace, and was close to shopping and ...entertainment. Quiet and friendly
October 17, 2017I recently became a new resident here and thus far I would have to say moving here was one of my better decisions made this year. The 3 young ladies that run the office are nice, polite, professional and helpful. I've been greeted with a smile and a hello from everyone that I've crossed paths with in my building. Fantastic place to call home
June 20, 2017I am so pleased to share my rental experience with you. I have lived here for 2 years and as someone else said, you will find no better place in Medina. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. Whenever you have a need for maintenance, staff gets to work on it quickly. Everyone in the office was kind and professional and knew me and my dog by name. The units themselves boast a very spacious floor plan. I love the large windows making my home feel bright and airy. In unit laundry is so ...convenient. You cannot beat the amount of amenities this place has to offer. A beautiful swimming pool, workout room and classes included in your rent. They also do great community events for residents. Maintence review
September 26, 2016We recently had a new floor installed in the kitchen, dining area, hallway, and bathrooms. The installers are part of the maintenance staff. They were very efficient and respectfull of us and our belongings. We were told it would take three days and they were done in two. Satisfied with my experience at Forest Meadows
September 1, 2016I am writing this review to help others find fair living opportunities, in this apartment complex you WILL GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR! I am very satisfied with my experience at forest meadows, The customer service is beyond expectation. If you run into any problems with anything the main office will take care of it ASAP! Carpet steaming is complimentary and is not something that is offered in other places. Other rental properties you pay an arm and a leg for rent, however you do not get the service ...you would typically expect. All the rental homes are new or remodeled, (if you ever came into an apartment and smelled that old fermented smell) you can forget about that, this place is odor free and up to date. Every unit they offer has a washer and dryer that actually washes your clothes, unlike other places, that you have to rewash all your laundry. Fun, Friends, and Pets Allowed
August 31, 2015I have to say one of the best apartments around this area. It has all the amenities you could ask for and then some. My favorite aspect is how pet friendly they are, that is so hard to find for a dog lover like me. I'm so glad that treat not only my husband and I like friend but our " fur babies" too. July 31, 2015BEST PLEASE TO LIVE! The unit it self is very nice, love the fact that the stove is gas. Bathroom is the perfect size, also really like the fact that washer/dryer is in the bathroom very convenience. Love the free classes they offer in the Clubhouse. Pool Is very nice and big. July 29, 2015I have been living here for a short time but so far everything has been great so far. The staff at the office has been helpful and knowledgeable. If anything is wrong with your apartment or not up to standard, they are very responsive, with a quick to react maintenance staff. The community is great and it is nice and quiet in a beautiful area of Medina.
