Best place to live
April 3, 2022I lived her for three years between 2019-22. I moved her from the Seattle area and they were easy to work with over the phone. Upon move-in, they were ready to have me sign the lease, do a walk-through and get keys. Donna is on it when I need maintenance done. Jessica is so helpful with any question you can imagine and always transparent. All of the staff (especially Debbie) are so nice when they see me and my dog walking around the neighborhood. Potty areas are easy to access. This is a great ...deal for the price. They only increased $25 the whole time I was here. Pool is great and kept clean. Same with laundry room. Parking lot was just redone. Fresh paint on all the buildings too. Great location near shopping areas. Easy commute downtown.Property Manager Responded

October 29, 2019This was my first time living on my own and to make things more stressful I was moving to Washington from another state. I looked online at a few different apartment complexes and would make calls to figure out which would best suit my needs, Jessica and Alyssa were by far the most accommodating, making me feel more relaxed about finding a new place to live. They helped me in any way they could, and were always happy when I would call. They were very patient with me, which is a huge reason why I ...chose Forest Park Court. Once I moved in, they were still so helpful and always looking out for me and their other tenants. The few times, I had a problem with the apartment, maintenance would be there within 24 hours to fix my problem. Owners and management that care
April 15, 2019It is so nice living at a place where the owners and management take pride in the property. We have lived here through the 2 past owners and the current owners and management are actually doing stuff to make this place nice. Yes there has been bed bugs but they came in and took care of the entire property and all the people who live here. This place has cleaned up so much and as a resident ot makes me so happy. It may be an older property but it is nice. Alyssa is always happy to help with any ...issues that arise and maintenance gets things done. Worst place...Don’t Do It!
April 14, 2019This was our first apartment and it was the worst experience we have had. Most of the tenants had bed bugs and gave it to us, there were a couple car break ins throughout the summer of 2018, there are drug users in the area, and management will screw you over the first chance they get. Great renting Experience.
March 13, 2018Shiloh Hill is the closet Elementary, Walmart is the Closet Shopping. I have never had any problems with other tenants. My apartment has been fixed in a timely manner. There is an on site Play ground and pool. No washer/ dryer hook ups in the unit, but there is onsite laundry. A nice place to raise children. Drug users run this complex
July 31, 2017he place is a crap hole. People will always be your business like Mary Jo the drug dealer who shoots up meth has heavy traffic but some how has the time to be in ever one else's business, no one ever runs the office, I mean ever. The place is filled with people who are nosy and judgmental as heck, but the same people go home and shoot up meth.Property Manager Responded

March 2, 2018Full disclosure, I am the owner of Forest Park Court Apartments, formerly known as Cedar Village Apartments. My wife and I purchased this property in December, 2017. Accordingly, this review predates our ownership. We also own Forest Park Apartments across the street. Please take a look at the reviews for Forest Park. That property ranks in the top 1% nationwide for its online reputation. The same manager now manages both properties. I have to say that this review had (past tense) some basis in fact when written, but things are changing rapidly. We have removed a few Residents who had to go and we're now beginning to rehab the apartments up to our standards already on display at Forest Park. We're also planning on making major changes in the common areas including improving the parking lot, new paint, new front doors, and improved lighting. I would like to suggest that you visit us and find out more about what we're doing at Forest Park Court. Our rents are below those of ...most of our competitors who are close to us and represent real value.
