Rude and unhelpful
August 18, 2020The leasing manager was extremely rude and unhelpful. They charge for time you are not living in the apartment. No pro ration for the month of move in. DO NOT LIVE HERE AT ALL COSTS
December 12, 2019I would not want my worst enemy to stay at the gates. They do not have adequate parking for all residents, so I'm forced to walk 10 minutes just to get to my car. I have to pay forty dollars a month to be able to park my car 10 minutes from where I live, like that makes any sense whatsoever. The elevator does not work half the time, and I was even stuck in it for five minutes on numerous occasions. The wifi is basically not even working, and I am forced to result to using my hotspot for my ...computer half the time. They charge way too much money for how poor of an apartment this is. HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT
September 28, 2018My daughter rented from The Gates this past year and sublet to someone else for half of the time. We were misguided and misinformed by the management. The Leasing and Marketing Team Leader of The Gates told us over and over again that she would get the necessary paperwork from our subleaser. She never did and we are currently out over $2,000. He paid only partial payments to us throughout his 7 and half months and kept saying he would pay us. The Gates messed up by never following through ...and getting the necessary documentation from him. We live 4 hours away and is was not possible to do check in, other than by phone, when possible. We were assured by The Gates employee that she would take care of it and NOT TO WORRY. The Gates is at fault and I plan on pursuing this issue further with them. I actually did try to talk to upper management but had no luck. Now that I know we are unable to locate this person that owes us a lot of money, I will be involving The Gates once again in this horrible nightmare. This person who "helped" us no longer works at The Gates. My guess is that she was fired. Huh, I wonder why? Sadly, at our expense. Do not rent from The Gates!!!!!Leer MásReseña de Apartments.com
