New Owners are Absolutely Horrible
March 6, 2025I grew up in these apartments and moved back and planned to retire here and everything was wonderful until the new owners took over a few months ago. They don’t take care of grounds, snow removal, trash. It looks absolutely awful in here now and I miss the old maintenance crew who you could always always rely on! Now you have no one who speaks English and trash absolutely everywhere and the grounds look so awful because no one is caring about anything at all. So sad….Reseña de Apartments.com

January 19, 2025"New Management at Silverstone TERRIBLE. They ignore serious harassment complaints, protect unauthorized tenants, and don't care about tenant safety. September 20, 2023Most of these are fake reviews. I lived there from 2012 up until a few months ago. Do yourself a favor and look at reviews on other sites. The office staff is terrible and the maintenance is non existent. They do take care of the grounds but I think thats just to lure you in. Do your homework. At first glance this place looks great.
