To Judah, Miguel, Alba, We are happy with the work that was done with our work order. The dishwasher was leaking and Judah. ordered a new one for us We didn’t have to wait, a new one was installed the next day. Our phone conversation with Alba were friendly and concern was shown. Maintenance here is always respectful, and when the job was done, Miguel took the time to clean up after himself. He also respected our home by wearing foot protection over his shoes, friendly, and kind conversation. ...

New Owners are Absolutely Horrible

I grew up in these apartments and moved back and planned to retire here and everything was wonderful until the new owners took over a few months ago. They don’t take care of grounds, snow removal, trash. It looks absolutely awful in here now and I miss the old maintenance crew who you could always always rely on! Now you have no one who speaks English and trash absolutely everywhere and the grounds look so awful because no one is caring about anything at all. So sad….

"New Management at Silverstone TERRIBLE. They ignore serious harassment complaints, protect unauthorized tenants, and don't care about tenant safety. Management dismisses legitimate concerns, enables harassment, and creates a hostile living environment. AVOID this property if you want peace and basic respect."

Most of these are fake reviews. I lived there from 2012 up until a few months ago. Do yourself a favor and look at reviews on other sites. The office staff is terrible and the maintenance is non existent. They do take care of the grounds but I think thats just to lure you in. Do your homework. At first glance this place looks great. Looks can be deceiving and in this case they most certainly are
