Let me explain why beware - management is cheat. When you move out they will not return your deposit at all, they will charge you for each and everything also they will charge you rent for one extra month. And now they have increased rent also, in the same rent you can find much nice communities in Fremont. Below is the list of issues you need to consider before moving to this apartment:
1. Parking lots are very congested, there is hardly enough space to pull in/out your car. If you are OK with
...getting dents and scratches on your car then its fine.
2. Building have no AC so will get cooked during summers.
3. There are no exhausts in units, so for ventilation you will have to keep your doors/windows open. or smell stinks!
4. Doors/Windows insulation is very bad, units become cold very fast and your heater will keep on running always which will ultimately result in huge bills.
5. Building is very old and drainage gets choked very often, you will suffer this issue at least twice a month.
6. There is no storage room so you will find it very hard to keep your big stuffs in separate storage.
7. Forget your deposit amount, you will not get it.
8. be ready to pay extra one month rent while moving out, that they will tell you on your last days.
