August 26, 2018It is a great place under new management they’re redoing everything! When you put in a work order someone’s there within the hour and always fix the problem and they’ve evicted all of the bad people it’s really a great place I really recommend living hereReseña de Apartments.com
Great Contractors!
August 4, 2018I knew these apts and land were a diamond in the rough. New owner, brighter days. I have new heat! The contractors are clean, drug free workers who get the job done right the first time. Ive see fresh paint, new carpet, new air conditioner, new roof and many other things happening here good. New owner has a great reputation for rebuilding apts bad into great. Im excited to see it all go upwards. I was even offered an extra a/c for my bedroom. The birds are singing here for the first time of the 4 ...yrs Im here. My dogs have always loved all the property they have to walk and run in the grass. Keep up the great work! The name change has not changed the actual complex
August 2, 2018This new owner is a complete wack job already he has broken laws and has caused health hazards to tenants well-being by shutting off electricity without notice to tenants (these tenant as also previous leases with the previous owner of utilities included in the rent) every lease that was signed prior to him should be grandfathered in but sadly, this is not the case (13 tenants had the electric turned off with no written notice) there should have been at least a 30 day notice to do so. He has ...offered a office worker money to do a certain act and to send him pictures and the offer was turned down (he has a girlfriend and a family with her) i have witnessed with my own eyes him get into it with a tenant who has a learning disability about her apartment number, and he had laughed in her face and was mimicking her which is completely unacceptable behavior by a owner, he has harrassed tenants and had made a comment to one of his maintenance workers that he does not like a particular tenant so he will call the police department on him just for fun and giggles. The police department is already fed up with the calls. I have seen him downgrade one of the office workers. I have this man on video of his actions. This owner is up to no good. He is very good with his words and knows exactly what to say to get you drawn him to him to have you believe that he honestly cares about his tenants, which he does not. Ben and his company have alot coming there way that is already in the works. Do not trust him nor his family. They are up to no good. He uses fake alias' online on social media for a reason. June 8, 2018I agree with the above post their use to only be 1 maintenance man and 1 housekeeper and the office girl and now every one including the office lady is different and when it was just 3 people this place looked better than it does not with 8 people working. The current manager is one they brought back sadly and now everything is back to being awful. Do not rent here I'm moving as soon as I get enough savedReseña de Apartments.com
