I moved into Glenmoor Oaks this past Summer. The front office employees were awesome during the move in process and everything was smooth sailing. I like the area and the apartment that I’m renting, which is a 2bdrm unit, is just adequate. There’s nothing “luxury” about it. I’ve had issues with the area around my wall mounted sink cracking and instead of actually taking the sink down to repair, the only thing that was done was re-caulking of the area between the wall and sink…needless to say, the
...re-caulking lasted only about a month, month and a half. I really liked the apartments when I toured but now that I’m moved in and fully settled, I’m not sure I can say that I like them as much. Again, the area is beautiful, neighbors and people in the community are awesome, but maintenance needs revamping. Not only have I had the notes issues with my sink, but, it takes maintenance FOREVER to respond to request! That’s my biggest qualm about it - if I send a request for sink maintenance, I think that should probably be priority but it seems that’s not the case here. The apartments have potential…I just wish maintenance would improve.
