She made the process very easy for me and was very kind, helpful, and responsive. So far I've contacted maintenance a couple times for some minor upkeep, and Kyle and maintenance team have been SO AWESOME. He has come to help every time within 24 hours. Miranda, the property manager, goes out of her way to make sure you are comfortable and have everything you need to make your stay fantastic. She manages a great team in the office which are always standing by to answer anything you may need. Should any maintenance issues arise, it is always tackled immediately as well by our wonderful maintenance manager, Kyle. Miranda ensures you are treated like one of her own family and you can ...definitely feel the sense of caring that goes into every interaction. January 20, 2022 - Review from Apartments.comMe and my husband signed a 1 Year lease here with Glenmoore Oaks and it has been nothing short of amazing and very accommodating especially for military! Ms. Hooghkirk was very helpfully and informative and the staff down at the office were always there to help and answer any questions we had. The services provided were outstanding as well as the area being overall beautiful. We only moved for location purposes but if not for that, we would have stayed longer! Good But Not Luxury
October 7, 2021 - Review from Apartments.comI moved into Glenmoor Oaks this past Summer. The front office employees were awesome during the move in process and everything was smooth sailing. I like the area and the apartment that I’m renting, which is a 2bdrm unit, is just adequate. There’s nothing “luxury” about it. I’ve had issues with the area around my wall mounted sink cracking and instead of actually taking the sink down to repair, the only thing that was done was re-caulking of the area between the wall and sink…needless to say, the ...re-caulking lasted only about a month, month and a half. I really liked the apartments when I toured but now that I’m moved in and fully settled, I’m not sure I can say that I like them as much. Again, the area is beautiful, neighbors and people in the community are awesome, but maintenance needs revamping. Not only have I had the notes issues with my sink, but, it takes maintenance FOREVER to respond to request! That’s my biggest qualm about it - if I send a request for sink maintenance, I think that should probably be priority but it seems that’s not the case here. August 5, 2021 - Review from Apartments.comMy family moved in this past Spring. The move in process was seamless and the ladies at the rental office on property have always been helpful. We’ve encountered issues while living here the past 4 months that makes me hesitant to recommend Glenmoor Oaks to my community in Magnolia Green. I’ll start by saying that you’ll want to avoid first floor units that are in the vicinity of the sprinkler riser room. There is no soundproofing between the unit and the sprinkler riser room and the air ...compressor runs frequently causing noise disturbance at midnight and again at 5:30am, along with several other times throughout the day. After making numerous formal complaints with WPM Real Estate Management, the issues have yet to be addressed, continuing to keep my family from hours a sleep each night because the decompressing sounds like a jackhammer coming through our bedroom wall. We pay a lot to live in these apartments and the noise disturbance we experience multiple times a day and throughout the night is unacceptable. Additionally, the apartments are certainly not luxury.
