Grand Duke cuenta con 124 apartamentos, 121 camas, y está a menos de una milla de la James Madison University en Harrisonburg, VA. Nuestro complejo cuenta con 13 edificios de dos pisos cada uno. Uno de estos edificios cuenta con dos casas adosadas de 3 habitaciones que están adjuntas a la oficina de arrendamiento. Este complejo es una fantástica combinación de estudiantes universitarios, parejas, personas solteras y jubilados.
