GrandMarc at University Village Apartamentos

apartment for the. very first time it was a mess. i had trash in my drawers. my friends place had pet hair everywhere, human hair, pregnancy tests, condoms, and etc. Grandmarc did not clean anything. while living there i have been someone breaking into someone’s apartment through the window. Homeless people just walking in. They were also in the pool taking showers and etc. i have never seen the pool ever getting professionally cleaned. when my friends and i started working here, on our working contract it stated that we will be given a discount on our rent and my housemate who also worked there before me said yes, she got a discount. but when we brought it up tot he higher ups they said no, that’s not true when it was clearly in the contract they made us sign. when its time for new applicants, you get payed extra when someone signs a contract with you. i remember when the manager let others take your person so that they get the benefit. also if you ever wanna cancel ur contract here you can’t. you have to pay around 75% of ur rent AND find someone to replace u. But who knows now, it’s probably worse :/

they're noisy. But other than that, I don't mind living here. Although, it is kind of pricey!!
