AC units and loud neighbors
October 2, 2024I had a decent time when I first moved in, although my AC didn’t work when I first tried to move in. Old manager at that time took care of it, but AC has stopped cooling my apartment at least 3 separate time. New management is not good, maintenance say ac is working properly but still 85+ in my apartment during the hot days. December 11, 2021In this area, you would think it would be quiet and a feeling of safety. I’ve regretted signing my lease from day one. Drug addicts, police are out here several times a day. The worst
June 20, 2020I will give a complete and honest review. This review will go, in my opinion, from bad to the worst conditions of this community. There are police vehicles here on a daily basis and you can often hear people yelling and fighting outside. The front office never picks up your phone calls for maintenance meaning that you have to go into the office when they are open to ask something. Try to call them right now, I bet they won’t pick up the phone. It will take multiple office visits to get ...anything in your apartment fixed. There are children constantly playing in the street without any parents around to watch them. I cannot count how many times a child has ran in front of my car as I am driving out. There are many people that leave there trash on the ground littering everywhere. You will be surprised on any given day how the dumpsters are overflowing and there is trash all over the ground. You will be approached by people that appear to be on drugs asking if you would like to purchase some random item like an old mattress (happened to me twice). Once I was walking to my car in broad daylight and saw a young person just standing next to my car staring into the window like he was contemplating breaking in, once the kid saw me he took off in the blink of an eye. I have lived in many different apartments in my life but, I have never experienced a true cockroach infestation until living here. I mean literally every day you will see cockroaches no matter how clean your apartment is (please see the other reviews to verify this). My apartment constantly smells like smoke because many of my neighbors smoke what seems like two packs a day inside of their apartment. I am not joking when I say that my clothes smell like smoke because of how the air is shared within the building and I don’t even smoke. The worst thing about this apartment has to be the cockroach infestation. Trust me you will cook some food and be ready to eat then you will see the roaches pop out and your appetite will leave you, just look at the other reviews. Think long and hard and weigh your options before signing on here. I made this review in the most honest and matter of fact way I could. I am not trying to trash the people that live here or the office staff but, I am sure if you asked around or came to look at this apartment this is exactly what you would experience.Leer MásReseña de Apartments.com
Aweful Place to live
July 21, 2018I was assaulted by someone who stole my also stole my laundry the 1st time I ever used the laundromat here. Filed a police report the 3rd day I moved in.Cop said he comes here all the time. . . Maintainence never left a not on our door saying they were going to trim trees. So they felt the need to literally cut huge branches down ON TOP of my car leaving dents and scratches and said it's not their fault. There are coke baggies everywhere you step. EVERYWHERE. I was trying to break my lease early ...but it would cost over $4,000 to do so. Even the office ladies told me this is not a place for families ( and I'm 8 months pregnant), and the other leasing lady told me she would move too if she was me. But none of that was said to me when I moved in? Aweful management. The manager told me she'd call me about breaking my lease...when in reality I had to call her 5 days in a row just to get an answer. They do not care about you, your family, or your safety. April 15, 2018no pools owner cemented them in ,no kid park,the owner had it torn down,they dont fix anything especially if your AC goes out your better off buying a window unit,you do have lots of people in the back selling drugs,you got your coke dealers,meth dealers,heroin dealer and lots of weed dealers,you also have your crack heads hanging out in the laundry room smoking their crack when the teenagers aren't in there smoking their weed,washers and dryer always broke , i can go on but you get the pointReseña de Apartments.com

Clean, fast, polite
September 11, 2015If your looking for a nice place to live with plenty of space this is the apartment for you. Seven Oaks has been very accommodating to make sure that things stay in tip top shape in your apartment and outside. They send friendly reminders about rent and even have apartment movie nights for the community. Staff is also very friendly, I have never had a problem to big or small that they couldn't handle. Terrible management
August 20, 2015Someone recently bought this complex and raised the rent a minimum of $200 a month on everyone without making improvements. Only one person works in the office which makes it difficult to pick up packages, pay rent, or place work orders. The apartments are big for San Antonio but the buildings are old and water is turned off with no warning often. If you have an issue with neighbors you are better off calling the police than asking the office manager to help. Keep looking.Reseña de Apartments.com
