I’ve lived here for almost a full year and there have been new problems every day. There are roaches and mice, which the leasing office couldn’t care less about. To get ahold of anyone in the office expect to wait at least a few weeks to finally speak to anyone and you’ll have to call several times in a row (don’t bother leaving a message, they will not call back). Our heat has gone out multiple times and when my friend, who also lives here, was told they need an entirely new furnace, they
...refused to replace it because “then we would have to replace everyone’s”. When the pool closed, instead of cleaning and draining it, they left it to turn green and disgusting. There are police and ambulances and fire trucks coming through here constantly. Also when we first moved in, the cabinet shelves don’t have things to hold them up and there are holes around the pipes connecting to the sink, causing all of our heat to go right out those holes and directly outside, nothing was done correctly, our drawers don’t slide in or out correctly, our shower had black mold in every corner, and nobody came to fix it when we turned in the move in check list. Our fire alarm goes off every time I cook, they told us we can’t use the garbage disposal because someone from the THIRD FLOOR had a clog and it cause water to leak out of our floor and soaked our entire living room. Our blinds have been falling off left and right without even being touched. All in all, this place only cares about money, insanely over charges, and promises so many amazing things for them to just leave you fending for yourself and hoping things go alright. DO NOT PICK AN APARTMENT IN THE HIBERNIA COMPLEX PLEASE PLEASE FIND SOMEWHERE BETTER.
