Run don’t walk no communication
February 27, 2026The people who work here are so rude and feel entitled. When you call to speak to someone and ask questions you leave a message only to get an AI texting you. There will be nobody to talk to in the office so if you did move in and need assistance they wont be there. I wouldn’t move here if it were the last place on earth just due to the unprofessionalism of the office staff who appear to be lazy.Reseña de Apartments.com

no communication
September 21, 2022I have emailed, called, and went up there during normal business hours several times since June. No response however it says it was updated 2 weeks ago. How so if there is no communication from the office to potential renters? I have left emails and voice-mail with no response.Property Manager Responded

May 11, 2022I’ve called and went up here several times and nobody is ever there or answers. It says this was just updated however like the other reviews do not think the listings here are accurate because if they were, why isn’t anybody ever answering, replying, or still a waitlist if all these are open? Makes no sense. I would love to live here but can’t ever talk to anybody here.Property Manager Responded

Receptionist is very rude and uncooperative
March 13, 2022I wanted to live here for quite a long time, but I struggled to get in contact with them. I tried to contact them back in mid-2021 to no response at all despite multiple texts, and I got a friend of mine to call them (i am non verbal) and after relentless calling, the person who picked up said no they are not open to new openings and treated my friend like she was stupid for not knowing this or that they have a waiting list that is closed. Last month, i tried to get a apartment again with them. ...I left mulitple emails and texts as well as got the friend to call them as well, and no response. I eventually went up and tried to talk to them personally. the receptionist did not look at all happy that me or one other person was there, and didn't even ask for our names and just told us that they have a waiting list with 30 people each for the 1/2/3 bed apartments, for 90 people total, and that they are not open. I then inquired about my emails and other messages, and she treated me like I was stupid and repeatedly dodged the question, as if determined to not say why she never called or text back. Do not believe the apartment listings here. As if what she is saying is accurate, then they are not even attempting to upkeep this page. If the site is accurate, then why are they not renting out?Property Manager Responded

I wanted to be here since I first found them.
September 4, 2021So far, nothing crazy! Affordable, quiet, no bugs (as far as I can tell). Very spacious apartments! The area is also conveniently located and hidden. I definitely plan to be here for a while. No serious complaints.Property Manager Responded
