I moved into these apartments in the fall of 2014, and absolutely loved it here. The whole community is gorgeous, with plenty of greenery and the walking paths throughout the complex were perfect for when I walked my cats. Also, the fact the community is so quiet, made it so much easier to train my cats how to walk on leashes. In addition the lease is month-to-month, but there are plenty of people who had lived there for a long time. The management team is very nice and humble. The staff actually
...live there, so if there is every any issue, they are right there ready to help. The apartments themselves are big and spacious, offering Studios to 2-bedrooms. For the cost of living in Orange County, how much you pay vs. the square footage is a great deal, with even offering two garage parking, these apartments are even better than the ones right across the street. They may not be as modern as some other places, but the feel is very homey and you feel like you’re tucked away in your own little corner here. I moved out in 2017, but only because I wanted to live a little closer to my job. I know if I ever changed jobs, I would want to move back here because I really like the community, the management and the homey vibes. Can’t recommend this place enough and even now, I tell people I know to check this place when they are looking to move, because I know they won’t be disappointed.
