Crime central
July 2, 2024This is a terrible complex. In the 3 years I lived there we had our car vandalized multiple times, it was stolen once. Multiple shootings, even into our home. Office staff is terrible and lie a lot. Water is shut off constantly. Buildings are brick and painted dark gray so the ac barely works. Your apartment might get to 84 degrees in summer if you are lucky and use black out curtains. Be prepared to pay a ton in fees. Don't move here
October 3, 2020I've lived here for 4 years. There are roaches. The units have evaporated cooling so in the summer it gets so hot inside. They don't care. They don't fix the air they just tell you that's it's working even though it will be 90 degrees inside. Find a place with A/C this Az and it's just getting hotter by the year.Property Manager Responded

Friendly, helpful staff, and excellent maintenance!
January 29, 2018I've been living at the Commons on Stella for a little more than six months now in a one bedroom and the experience has been mostly positive. The office staff are reliable and listen intently, especially Kristy, who is the perfect combination of personable and professional. Repairs are made quickly by knowledgeable, concerned staff who sometimes go above and beyond (when is the last time an apartment staff person offered to take your heavy trash to the dumpster for you?). These are not luxury ...apartments, but they have more amenities than you would expect for the price. Here are some of the better highlights: * I have a full size (actually oversized) washer and dryer, and a clothesline (yes, you are allowed to hang up your clothes!) * I have a gated backyard that is larger than the overpriced studio apartment I moved from. This yard has a small deck/patio and a faucet for a garden hose and is enclosed by a 5-foot tall fence, perfect for dogs. It comes with a wooden shed, too! Lots of gardening and landscape potential. * I have my own dedicated parking space that is right outside my bedroom window. There is plenty of additional parking for guests as well. * Units are townhome style and arranged in small courtyards, with most units having a courtyard view from a large living room window. * The exterior walls are mostly concrete brick construction, great for energy savings. * The grounds are kept clean and trimmed and there is plenty of nice mature growth on the property including palm trees and desert pines. * The pool is large and deep and is well maintained, and there is a shallow kiddie pool, a covered bbq/picnic area, and a playground. * The neighborhood is nice with decent schools nearby and is conveniently located on a major bus line. There are stores and restaurants within walking distance. * Large walk-in closets and plenty of cupboard and storage space.Leer MásReseña de Apartments.com
Bad apartment living
December 15, 2017Do not live here they do lie & theirs a lot of nosey neighbors & they say pit bulls are not aloud but theirs many pit bulls are not aloud but theirs many pit bulls around the complex & getting out of their yards.
