El lugar está impecablemente cuidado, con jardines/plantas bien mantenidos, áreas comunes limpias y una atmósfera tranquila que realmente se siente como un hogar. Outstanding Management and Place to live!
October 14, 2025Very happy that we chose this community to call home. It is comforting to see how well the management team works together to get things done. Betsi, Maria, and Rony efficiently work together to get issues fixed quickly. Every time we need something fixed/repaired they get to it right away. Great place
September 11, 2025I’ve been living in this apartment for 5 years now. Location is accessible to a lot of shops and restaurants, that makes it very convenient for all residents. It’s a gated community, so it’s safe and quite. The grounds, pools, laundry area are also always well kept clean by our maintenance. But among all these, it’s Betsy, the Manager, makes the place exceptional. She’s very approachable and always responds so quickly, thus maintenance and other minor issues are addressed on time. Wonderful Tour and Complex!
September 7, 2025My boyfriend and I both toured this beautiful apartment complex on the weekend. We really loved the environment. This place is kept very clean, with maintenance guy on site. Outstanding Management
August 20, 2025My wife and I have been living in these apartment complex for almost a year now and since the very beginning management has been more than welcoming and friendly to us. The manager Betsy always goes above and beyond to accommodate everyone's needs and always makes herself available. Her assistant Maria is one of the most friendlies people you will ever meet, super helpful in giving us the detailed information when we first enquired about the place. The grounds keeper Ronny is always on the go, ...keeping this place nice and tidy. When repairs needed to be done they were quick in reaching out and getting repairs in a timely manner. A GREAT MANAGEMENT
March 10, 2025Even though I already left a review on Google, I wanted to spread my great experience with them on other platforms, too! :D So, the apartment complex is really nice! It's clear they take good care of the place, and the location is super convenient, and the office is open on weekends, too! But honestly, what really made the whole experience stand out was Maria. As a student, I was a little nervous about the application process, but Maria was super helpful, polite, and professional, but still so ...easy to talk to. After chatting with her, I was totally convinced I had to apply for this place. Lovely home
July 17, 2024Imperial Palms Apartments in Norwalk, located on Imperial Hwy, has become an even better place to live thanks to our amazing manager. The new BBQ area is beautiful, and we owe a big thank you to our manager for all these fantastic upgrades. The location is perfect, with a shopping center right in front of the building and a cinema within walking distance. Additionally, the sheriff's department is nearby, providing a sense of security. Since Betsy became the manager, the building has been much ...cleaner, and new windows are being installed. Imperial Palms is a great place to live
June 16, 2024Ever since Betsy and Pepe took over things have gotten even better about living here. There are new windows in the apartments, new small playground great if you have a toddler or small child, and Pepe is quick to make any repairs your apartment might need. Peace and clean
March 13, 2024The apartment manager Betsi has been so attentive, and very helpful. Maintenance worker Pepe is a really great worker. The community is very friendly. A wonderful place to live among many food places, shopping center, Target, 99 cents, very clean community.
