March 15, 2024I have been living here for a few months now and here is what I have experienced Pros: Neighbors are friendly and honest Cons: The dumpster fills up fast over the weekend so taking your trash out will need to happen during the weekday. If you live near the pool you will hear music, loud talking, and children yelling and screaming quite often (any time of the day, night, weekends, or weekdays) If you work from home... good luck with that, the walls are thin and you can hear the neighbors ...(above and on either side often) at any given time there can be a lot of banging, you can hear when they run their dishwasher, their water, and if you are in the bathroom and they are too, you can hear their conversations. Also, if someone is walking by outside your door talking or yelling it sounds like they are in your apartment. Never use the Laundry on-site, because they are hardly ever cleaned and tons of pet hair will get on your clothing. If you have packages that need to be delivered by Amazon, unless the office is open, or someone lets them in the mail room (as you need a key) you will not get them delivered and they will be sent back. Also, there are additional fees that are tacked on to your rent which pushes the price about 80 above the listing price. So, as a last resort, it is a livable place, but if you require a nice, quiet, unit, this is not the place to beProperty Manager Responded

May 16, 2023I was fortunate enough to rent a one bedroom from Indian River Villas. I was able to secure the apartment before the building was officially finished as it had been under renovation. I stayed for all of 2022 and finished my lease. About halfway through the year the property was sold to another management group and the new manager was excellent. Her name is Teresa. At the end of my lease I received my deposit back within a month and was very pleased with my overall experienceProperty Manager Responded

Not worth it
December 23, 2021Nice to look at, but cheaply put together. Everything chips or peels. The doors are loud/ hard to open/close. If you care about your car, forget about it. The SPRINKLERS WILL RUIN YOUR CAR AND THEY ARE EVERYWHERE! Management could care less about the situation or about anything else for that matter. Construction is constantly going on so it’s very loud in the mornings and most of the day. The front will FLOOD A LOT with just a days rain.Property Manager Responded
December 27, 2021I am sorry to hear of your difficulties. If you are in the complex please feel free to come speak with me about your issues. The doors are brand new and will take some time to work in. I am not sure what you mean by loud as they do cut the outside noise considerably when closed. As far as the sprinklers, the grass must be watered but there are areas poolside near the apartments that does not have grass and would allow you to park without being concerned about the sprinklers. If there is some painting that needs done let me know and we can take care of it. We respond to all maintenance requests quickly and will be happy to check out any issues that you are having. The construction on the road I can't do a lot about however it should wrap up with the next couple of weeks if not before. The construction on the amenities building will complete by Feb/March. However, what is going on there shouldn't have any affect on your apartment. It does matter to us when anyone has a concern ...and I am always available to call or come to see. Thank you for letting me know of your concerns.

Great if you like cheap fixtures and mildew smell
October 1, 2021These apartments look great online. However, no dishwasher and the quartz countertops have sparkles and are so thin that if you dropped something on them they’d probably crack. Must have gotten them in some kind of surplus sale as I’ve NEVER seen quartz countertops with sparkles. Lol Then there is the smell of mildew in the office and the other apartments looked at. These were most definitely not gutted as is told to prospective tenants. They painted the walls and put in new floors, cabinets and ...appliances. The rent is cheap for the area for a reason. October 7, 2021We have never advertised that we provided dishwashers. Our Quarts tops are very nice and personally I like the sparkles. We stripped this building down to the concrete and put it back together again. It is completely new. All electric, plumbing, tile, ac, drywall, cabinets etc is brand new. I am sorry you didn't like the complex and I wish you well on your search.

Very unprofessional
September 3, 2021False hope is what this place has offered so far, with me having to live in my car temporarily. Hotel cost are too much and given multiple dates with opening and nothing. They shouldn't have advertised until the building was complete and I paid a deposit already its been MONTHS! How many other people are struggling and literally crying cause they have no where to go.Property Manager Responded
September 29, 2021All those that reserved units were told that we were waiting on a TCO and that there were no guarantees on timelines as we cannot guarantee what the city would still require before issuing a TCO. Each applicant was told that their deposit was fully refundable upon request and that is still the case. I send updates on a weekly basis (every Friday) and in some cases more than once a week. There was NOTHING hidden nor was any misled about when we might be able to move forward with moving people in.
