I have been living here for a few months now and here is what I have experienced
Pros: Neighbors are friendly and honest
Cons: The dumpster fills up fast over the weekend so taking your trash out will need to happen during the weekday.
If you live near the pool you will hear music, loud talking, and children yelling and screaming quite often (any time of the day, night, weekends, or weekdays)
If you work from home... good luck with that, the walls are thin and you can hear the neighbors ...
(above and on either side often) at any given time there can be a lot of banging, you can hear when they run their dishwasher, their water, and if you are in the bathroom and they are too, you can hear their conversations. Also, if someone is walking by outside your door talking or yelling it sounds like they are in your apartment.
Never use the Laundry on-site, because they are hardly ever cleaned and tons of pet hair will get on your clothing.
If you have packages that need to be delivered by Amazon, unless the office is open, or someone lets them in the mail room (as you need a key) you will not get them delivered and they will be sent back.
Also, there are additional fees that are tacked on to your rent which pushes the price about 80 above the listing price.
So, as a last resort, it is a livable place, but if you require a nice, quiet, unit, this is not the place to be
