February 24, 2026The apartment unit itself is in mostly good shape. Over time, some cheaper in unit building materials (carpet, drywall) are aging faster, but the unit is mostly quiet (even with pool view) and is in a great location - access to 75 without the noise. The amenities - pool, gym, etc. are in very good shape. Unfortunately, there are multiple issues with the building that aren't being properly tended to, and it is starting to show. The stairways, doors, and elevators are hit and miss. The ...stairwell 1 doorway into the building hasn't had a door handle on it in months - it's just a hole in the door. For whatever reason, the parking garage gates are never working, and having cones out seemingly always cheapens the feel and appearance. The second floor door into the building from the parking garage has a hanging metal push bar on it, making it completely useless. At this point in the life cycle, the walls need painting, and the hallways need more tlc. Not living up to overall potentialProperty Manager Responded

December 25, 2025The move in process didn’t turn out the way I hoped for it to go. The apartment I was told would have the features I needed were not there and I was unable to see the apartment prior to move in after of several request to do so. October 24, 2025Leasing and maintenance are responsive. The courtyards are well maintained. Amazon packages come safely. Depending on where your apartment is located there is the occasional pest intruder and unpleasant smells. September 20, 2025Overall the last 3 years have been good, recently there are a few things that have been disregarded which has been disappointing. The time maintenance takes, it was 12 days before anyone came to fix things and that was only because I kept calling. Along with the cleanliness of stair wells and each hallway, other than the ones with the show units and office spaces. They tend to get pushed to the side, going weeks without being cleaned. Most of the time it’s been enjoyable and keep to myself. ...Everyone has been friendly and they try to bring in a lot of things throughout the month.Property Manager Responded

September 12, 2025The community itself is very nice there are plenty amenities to take advantage of ie their multiple lounge areas, gym, work from home stations, book areas, etc. super huge complex easy access from door to garage.Property Manager Responded
